Rates
standard benefits
Between 5% and 8% of the rent + 21% VAT
- That is between 6.05% and 9.68% incl. VAT.
- Minimum flat rate of €80 + 21% VAT per month (€96.80/month incl. VAT).
- Trade-in costs = 140€/lot + 21% VAT
- New lease = 1 month’s rent + 21% VAT

In decreasing instalments, on the total rents received.
- Less than €999 = 8.0%
- From €1,000 to €1,999 = 7.5%
- From €2,000 to €2,999 = 7%
- From €3,000 to €3,999 = 6.5%
- From 4.000€ to 4.999€ = 6%
- From €5,000 to €5,999 = 5.5%
- More than €6,000 = 5%
